Gratitude is one of the internal factors that plays a role in enhancing an individual’s psychological well-being, particularly among adolescents facing various life demands. Adolescents who have siblings with intellectual disabilities often face emotional challenges and additional responsibilities that can affect their psychological well-being. This study aims to examine the relationship between gratitude and psychological well-being among adolescents with siblings with intellectual disabilities. The method used is a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The study participants consisted of 190 adolescents aged 13–20 years, selected using purposive sampling. The instruments used were the Gratitude Questionnaire–6 (GQ-6) to measure gratitude and the Psychological Well-Being Scale (PWB) based on Ryff’s model to measure psychological well-being. Data analysis was conducted using the Spearman’s rank correlation test. The results indicated a significant positive relationship between gratitude and psychological well-being (r = 0.379; p < 0.05) with a moderate strength of association. These findings suggest that the higher the level of gratitude adolescents possess, the higher their perceived psychological well-being. This study is expected to contribute to the development of gratitude-based psychological interventions to improve adolescents’ psychological well-being.
