Abstract

Improving the quality of education, in line with the objectives of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), requires continuous program evaluation. This study was motivated by the need for SMAN 2 Abiansemal to comprehensively evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of the Dwisman program. The main focus of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the Dwisman program at SMAN 2 Abiansemal by utilizing Google Forms as the main instrument for collecting data from various stakeholders. The research method used is program evaluation with a descriptive approach. Important stages include designing Google Forms-based evaluation instruments, distributing them to students, teachers, and other related parties involved in the Dwisman program, and analyzing the collected data. The evaluation results present a comprehensive picture of the implementation of the Dwisman program, successfully identifying various aspects of strengths and weaknesses in its implementation. In addition, this study formulates a series of strategic recommendations aimed at improving and developing the program on an ongoing basis. The main conclusion shows that the evaluation of the Dwisman program using Google Forms provides a practical contribution to SMAN 2 Abiansemal in its efforts to optimize the program. Furthermore, this evaluation methodology offers valuable insights for other educational institutions that aim to carry out similar program evaluations efficiently and effectively.

ABSTRAK
Peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, sejalan dengan tujuan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), memerlukan evaluasi program berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan SMAN 2 Abiansemal untuk mengevaluasi secara komprehensif implementasi dan efektivitas program Dwisman. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi efektivitas program Dwisman di SMAN 2 Abiansemal dengan memanfaatkan Google Forms sebagai instrumen utama pengumpulan data dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah evaluasi program dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Tahapan penting meliputi perancangan instrumen evaluasi berbasis Google Forms, penyebaran kepada siswa, guru, dan pihak terkait lainnya yang terlibat dalam program Dwisman, serta analisis data yang terkumpul. Hasil evaluasi menyajikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai pelaksanaan program Dwisman, berhasil mengidentifikasi berbagai aspek kekuatan dan kelemahan dalam implementasinya. Selain itu, penelitian ini merumuskan serangkaian rekomendasi strategis yang ditujukan untuk perbaikan dan pengembangan program secara berkelanjutan. Simpulan utama menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi program Dwisman menggunakan Google Forms memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi SMAN 2 Abiansemal dalam upaya mengoptimalkan program tersebut. Lebih lanjut, metodologi evaluasi ini menawarkan wawasan berharga bagi institusi pendidikan lain yang bertujuan melaksanakan evaluasi program serupa secara efisien dan efektif.
