PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN LMS SIDIA ASYNCHRONOUS, MOTIVASI BELAJAR, DAN DUKUNGAN SOSIAL TERHADAP KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR MAHASISWA PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN ADMINISTRASI PERKANTORAN

ABSTRACT
The post-COVID-19 digital transformation has accelerated the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) in higher education, including asynchronous learning that requires students to develop greater learning independence. However, the use of LMS has not fully optimized students’ independent learning because it is still influenced by learning motivation and social support. This study aimed to analyze the influence of LMS SiDia Asynchronous usage, learning motivation, and social support on the learning independence of students in the Office Administration Education Study Program at Universitas Negeri Surabaya, cohorts 2024 and 2025. This research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory correlational design. The sample consisted of 238 students selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that LMS SiDia Asynchronous usage, learning motivation, and social support had significant partial and simultaneous effects on students’ learning independence. These findings indicate that the development of learning independence requires support from learning technology, internal motivation, and a supportive academic social environment.

Transformasi digital pascapandemi COVID-19 mendorong penggunaan Learning Management System (LMS) dalam pembelajaran perguruan tinggi, termasuk pembelajaran asinkron yang menuntut mahasiswa memiliki kemandirian belajar lebih tinggi. Namun, pemanfaatan LMS belum sepenuhnya mampu membentuk kemandirian belajar secara optimal karena masih dipengaruhi oleh motivasi belajar dan dukungan sosial mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan LMS SiDia Asynchronous, motivasi belajar, dan dukungan sosial terhadap kemandirian belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Universitas Negeri Surabaya angkatan 2024 dan 2025. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory correlational. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 238 mahasiswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan LMS SiDia Asynchronous, motivasi belajar, dan dukungan sosial berpengaruh signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kemandirian belajar mahasiswa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kemandirian belajar memerlukan dukungan teknologi pembelajaran, motivasi internal, dan lingkungan sosial akademik yang suportif.
