Abstract

Community empowerment through literacy development should be grounded in local needs and potential. Menyali Village, Sawan District, Buleleng Regency, has potential in education, the creative economy, and cultural arts, but faces challenges related to language, digital, and economic literacy, as well as youth participation in cultural preservation. This community service program aimed to describe the implementation of the RAMA SINTA Literacy Corner (Ranggon Malajah Sastra, Informatika, Transformasi Ekonomi, dan Seni Budaya), comprising four programs: RAMA Dwi Sastra, RAMA Cakra Digital, RAMA Artha, and RAMA Taksu. The activities were conducted in Menyali Village from June 4 to October 19, 2026, through 12 sessions for each program, involving 80 participants. The implementation stages included needs identification, socialization, training, practical activities, mentoring, observation, reflection, and sustainability planning. Evaluation data were obtained through pre-tests, a mid-test in the ninth session, a post-test in the twelfth session, skills observations, product and performance assessments, and documentation. The results showed increases in average scores across all programs: RAMA Dwi Sastra increased from 72.85% to 94.70%, RAMA Cakra Digital from 78.00% to 96.25%, RAMA Artha from 77.15% to 94.75%, and RAMA Taksu from 77.70% to 93.10%. The largest increase was recorded by RAMA Dwi Sastra, at 21.85 percentage points, while RAMA Cakra Digital achieved the highest post-test score, at 96.25%. These findings indicate improved participant achievement following the training and mentoring activities. The program also contributed to student capacity development and the preparation of community facilitators to support its sustainability.
