KURIKULUM BERBASI HASIL: TELAAH PENGEMBANGAN TUJUAN PENDIDIKAN DI MA

This article describes a research that aims to examine the implementation of the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum at the Nahdlatul Ulama Tasywiquth Thullab Salafiyah Islamic High School (MA NU TBS) Kudus which is the background of the problem along with the development of the times and the demands of the global community in educational institutions to produce graduates who not only master the academic field but also have the competencies, character and skills needed in socializing in society, with a focus on developing educational objectives in the final learning outcomes. The outcome-based curriculum emphasizes the achievement of students' final competencies as a benchmark for learning success, which in the context of this madrasah is directed to form a religious, character-based, and Islamic-minded person Ahlussunah wal Jamaah. Through a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of analysis based on various sources such as books, scientific journals, websites and other documents and supported by conducting observations, interviews, documentation. This study found that MA NU Tasywiquth Thullab Salafiyah (TBS) Kudus developed educational objectives not only to achieve mastery of material, but also to foster religious values that are applicable in everyday life. The alignment of learning objectives with the OBE principle is reflected in the formulation of learning outcomes, learning designs, and evaluation methods that emphasize the achievement of attitudes, knowledge, and skills. This study recommends that the development of educational objectives in outcome-based madrasas needs to consider the balance between aspects of knowledge, attitudes, and skills, and adapt to the needs of the times and inclusive Islamic values.
ABSTRAK
Artikel ini mendeskripsikan tentang Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan kurikulum berbasis hasil (Outcome-Based Education/OBE) di Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Ulama Tasywiquth Thullab Salafiyah (MA NU TBS) Kudus yang melatarbelakangi masalah seiring perkembangan zaman dan tuntutan masyarakat global dalam lembaga pendidikan untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang hanya menguasai bidang akademik namun juga memiliki kompetensi, karakter dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan dalam bersosial masyarakat, dengan fokus pada pengembangan tujuan pendidikan dalam pembelajaran hasil akhir. Kurikulum berbasis hasil menitikberatkan pada pencapaian kompetensi akhir siswa sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan pembelajaran, yang dalam konteks madrasah ini diarahkan untuk membentuk pribadi yang religius, berkarakter, dan berwawasan keislaman ahlussunah wal jamaah. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa dengan analisis berdasarkan berbagai sumber-sumber seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, website dan dokumen lainya dan didukung melalukan sebuah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. penelitian ini menemukan bahwa MA NU Tasywiquth Thullab Salafiyah (TBS) Kudus mengembangkan tujuan pendidikan tidak hanya untuk mencapai penguasaan materi, tetapi juga untuk menumbuhkan nilai-nilai keagamaan yang aplikatif dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penyesuaian tujuan pembelajaran dengan prinsip OBE tercermin dalam rumusan capaian pembelajaran, rancangan pembelajaran, serta metode evaluasi yang menekankan ketercapaian sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan. Studi ini merekomendasikan bahwa pengembangan tujuan pendidikan di madrasah berbasis hasil perlu mempertimbangkan keseimbangan antara aspek pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan, serta menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan zaman dan nilai-nilai islam yang bersifat inklusif.
