Abstract

The role of cadres in P4K is still low, especially in educating pregnant women due to the lack of optimal programs that include the role of cadres. Cadres in Gebang Village were found that out of 20% of cadres who conducted P4K counseling both in and outside the posyandu. This is due to the lack of coaching and increasing the knowledge capacity of cadres. This study aims to determine the optimality of the role of cadres in P4K counseling before and after providing cadre training. Researchers conducted a rapid survey using a quantitative comparative study research design, Cluster random sampling technique and Simple random sampling using a One Group Pretest-Posttest research design with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Test. The results showed that the role of cadres before being given training was 54% inactive. While the role of cadres after being given training was 56% active. The results of the analysis obtained a p-value of 0.000 <? (0.05). The conclusion in this study is that there is an optimal role for cadres in P4K counseling before and after training was given in Gebang Village, UPTD Patrang Health Center.

ABSTRAK
Peran kader dalam P4K masih rendah, terutama dalam mengedukasi ibu hamil dikarenakan kurang maksimalnya program yang mengikut sertakan peran kader. Kader di Kelurahan Gebang ditemukan bahwa dari 20% kader yang melakukan penyuluhan P4K baik di dalam posyandu maupun di luar posyandu. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kurangnya pembinaan dan peningkatan kapasitas pengetahuan kader. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Optimal tidaknya  Peran Kader Dalam Penyuluhan P4K dari Sebelum dan Setelah Pemberian Pelatihan Kader. Peneliti melakukan survei cepat menggunakan desain penelitian studi kuantitatif comparation, teknik Cluster random sampling dan Simple random sampling menggunakan desain penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest dengan sampel 100 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kader sebelum diberi pelatihan yaitu terdapat 54% kader tidak aktif. Sedangkan peran kader setelah diberikan pelatihan yaitu terdapat 56% kader berperan aktif. Hasil analisis di peroleh p-value 0.000 < ? (0.05). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adanya Peran kader yang optimal dalam penyuluhan P4K dari sebelum dan setelah diberikan Pelatihan di Kelurahan Gebang UPTD Puskesmas Patrang.
