ABSTRACT
Aiq Berik Village in Central Lombok has significant ecotourism potential, but its development is hampered by low digital literacy, weak tourism institutions, and minimal integration between conservation and public health. This community service program aims to empower the community through an interdisciplinary approach that integrates ecotourism education, digital skills training, development of nature recreation activities, and institutional strengthening. This program was implemented for a duration of 2 days involving 15 youth participants and village officials. The methods used include participatory workshops, hands-on training (learning by doing), and intensive mentoring. The program results show a significant increase in community understanding of sustainable ecotourism, as measured by pre- and post-tests with an average increase above 85%. In addition, this program has succeeded in producing concrete outputs in the form of a youth-managed digital promotion channel, the initiation of an edu-recreation program, and the formation of the “Aiq Berik Lestari” Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). This program has successfully laid the foundation for the transformation of Aiq Berik Village into an independent and sustainable digital ecotourism destination, by breaking the cycle of stagnation through local capacity building. The sustainability of this program depends on community commitment and infrastructure support from relevant stakeholders.
