PEMBERDAYAAN FRESH GRADUATE MELALUI PROGRAM PSIKOEDUKASI RESILIENSI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KESIAPAN KERJA DI ERA INDUSTRI 4.0

The transition from higher education to the workplace presents significant challenges for many final-year students and fresh graduates due to the gap between existing competencies and labor market demands. This community service program aimed to enhance participants’ resilience and work readiness through an integrated psychoeducational intervention. The program involved eight final-year students and fresh graduates selected through purposive sampling. Activities included work readiness psychoeducation, a Fresh Graduate Work Challenge simulation, resilience and growth mindset training, and the development of a career action plan. Evaluation was conducted using resilience and work readiness scales as well as participant reflection sheets, which were analyzed descriptively. The results indicated that participants demonstrated good levels of resilience and work readiness after completing the program. Internship experiences supported by psychological strengthening activities helped participants improve adaptability, self-confidence, and preparedness for workplace demands. The program demonstrates potential as a career support strategy to assist final-year students and fresh graduates in managing their transition to the workforce in a more structured and adaptive manner.
ABSTRAK
Transisi dari perguruan tinggi menuju dunia kerja menjadi tantangan bagi banyak mahasiswa semester akhir dan fresh graduate karena adanya kesenjangan antara kompetensi yang dimiliki dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan resiliensi dan kesiapan kerja peserta melalui program psikoedukasi yang terintegrasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan psikoedukasi dengan melibatkan delapan mahasiswa semester akhir dan fresh graduate yang dipilih secara purposive. Program terdiri atas materi kesiapan kerja, simulasi Fresh Graduate Work Challenge, latihan resiliensi dan growth mindset, serta penyusunan career action plan. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan skala resiliensi, skala kesiapan kerja, dan lembar refleksi peserta yang dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memiliki tingkat resiliensi dan kesiapan kerja yang berada pada kategori baik setelah mengikuti program. Pengalaman magang yang didukung oleh penguatan aspek psikologis membantu peserta meningkatkan kemampuan adaptasi, kepercayaan diri, dan kesiapan menghadapi tuntutan dunia kerja. Program ini menunjukkan potensi sebagai strategi pendampingan karier yang dapat membantu mahasiswa semester akhir dan fresh graduate mempersiapkan transisi menuju dunia kerja secara lebih terarah dan adaptif.
