This study aims to analyze the impact of technological literacy, artificial intelligence (AI) utilization, and academic achievement on the quality of the student learning environment in higher education. The background emphasizes the integration of digital technology to foster a conducive academic atmosphere. Utilizing a quantitative survey design, the study involved 117 students from the Islamic Primary Education Program at Institut Agama Islam Negeri Curup. Samples were drawn using random sampling, with data collected via structured questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. The results indicate that technological literacy (β=0.162;p=0.023), AI utilization (β=0.192;p=0.035), and academic achievement (β=0.542;p=0.000) exert significant positive effects on the learning environment, with academic achievement emerging as the primary predictor. These findings imply that enhancing digital capabilities alongside student academic performance substantially transforms the educational ecosystem. The study concludes that higher education institutions should optimize technology-based policies to promote effective and interactive learning processes sustainably.
