HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DAN KEJADIAN IKUTAN PASCA IMUNISASI DENGAN KETEPATAN WAKTU PEMBERIAN IMUNISASI SUNTIKAN GANDA

The accuracy of administering double injection immunization is very important to ensure optimal protection for infants. East Java immunization data has decreased by 63.93% from 93.6%. The occurrence of Adverse Events (AEFI) can affect perceptions of immunization. Family support plays an important role in the success of immunization. Researchers want to know whether there is a relationship between family support and post-immunization adverse events with the timeliness of administering double injection immunization to infants aged 5-12 months in Karangsemanding village, Karangduren Community Health Center area. This quantitative research design is an analytical survey with a Cross Sectional approach. Data from the questionnaire and checklist results were then tested and analyzed using Fisher's Exact test. There is no relationship between Family Support and the Timeliness of Double Injection Immunization with p 0.421 > ? = 0.05. There is a relationship between post-immunization adverse events with the Timeliness of Double Injection Immunization with p 0.008 < ? = 0.05. There is no relationship between family support and the timeliness of double injection immunization. There is a relationship between post-immunization events and the timeliness of administering double injection immunization.
ABSTRAK
Ketepatan pemberian imunisasi suntikan ganda sangat penting untuk memastikan perlindungan yang optimal bagi bayi. Data imunisasi jawa timur mengalami penurunan yaitu 63.93 % dari 93.6%. KIPI yang terjadi dapat mempengaruhi persepsi terhadap imunisasi. Dukungan keluarga memegang peranan penting dalam keberhasilan imunisasi. Peneliti ingin mengetahui apakah ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dan kejadian ikutan paska imunisasi dengan ketepatan waktu pemberian imunisasi suntikan ganda pada bayi usia 5-12bulan di desa karangsemanding wilayah puskesmas karangduren. Desain penelitian kuantitatif ini adalah survei analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Data dari hasil kuisioner dan ceklist kemudian diuji dan dianalisis uji fisher’s Exact. Tidak ada hubungan Dukungan Keluarga dengan Ketepatan waktu Pemberian Imunisasi Suntikan Ganda dengan p 0,421 > ? = 0,05. Ada hubungan kejadian ikutan paska Imunisasi Dengan Ketepatan Pemberian Imunisasi Suntikan ganda dengan p 0,008< ? = 0,05. Tidak ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan ketepatan waktu pemberian imunisasi suntikan ganda. Ada hubungan kejadian ikutan pasca imunisasi dengan ketepatan waktu pemberian imunisasi suntikan ganda.
