PENYULUHAN LINGKUNGAN SOSIAL REMAJA YANG SEHAT TANPA KEKERASAN DAN TEKANAN DI SMK PGRI LEMBANG

ABSTRACT
Adolescents are an age group vulnerable to various social problems such as unhealthy relationships and bullying, particularly those from disharmonious families or lacking emotional support from parents. Similar conditions were found among students at SMK PGRI Lembang, characterized by limited knowledge of healthy relationship boundaries, ineffective communication skills, and low awareness of bullying impacts. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to enhance students' understanding, attitudes, and awareness regarding healthy social environments, violence-free relationships, and bullying prevention efforts. Methods used include interactive lectures, group discussions, case studies, ice-breaking activities, and distribution of educational leaflets. The activity was attended by 30 students from grades X and XI. Evaluation was conducted through direct observation, Q&A sessions, and final reflection to assess changes in participants' understanding before and after the activity. Results showed increased student understanding of healthy relationship concepts, forms of bullying, and their psychological impacts. Participants also demonstrated greater courage in expressing opinions, rejecting negative behaviors, and supporting peers. The school provided positive feedback and hopes for the program's sustainability. Overall, this PkM program effectively increases adolescent awareness and positive attitudes in creating safe, violence-free social environments and has potential as an educational promotion model for other schools.
ABSTRAK
Remaja merupakan kelompok usia yang rentan mengalami berbagai permasalahan sosial, seperti hubungan yang tidak sehat dan perundungan, terutama bagi mereka yang berasal dari keluarga tidak harmonis atau kurang memperoleh dukungan emosional dari orang tua. Kondisi tersebut juga ditemukan pada siswa SMK PGRI Lembang, yang ditandai dengan minimnya pengetahuan mengenai batasan hubungan sehat, kemampuan komunikasi yang efektif, serta rendahnya kesadaran akan dampak bullying. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, sikap, dan kesadaran siswa mengenai lingkungan sosial yang sehat, hubungan tanpa kekerasan, serta upaya pencegahan bullying. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, studi kasus, ice breaking, dan pembagian leaflet edukatif. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 30 siswa kelas X dan XI. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, sesi tanya jawab, dan refleksi akhir untuk menilai perubahan pemahaman peserta sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa tentang konsep hubungan sehat, bentuk-bentuk bullying, serta dampak psikologisnya. Peserta juga menunjukkan sikap lebih berani dalam menyampaikan pendapat, menolak perilaku negatif, dan memberikan dukungan kepada teman. Pihak sekolah memberikan respons positif dan berharap kegiatan ini dapat dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan. Secara keseluruhan, program PkM ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan sikap positif remaja dalam menciptakan lingkungan sosial yang aman dan bebas dari kekerasan, serta berpotensi menjadi model promosi pendidikan bagi sekolah lain.
