PERAN IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP MORAL KERJA ANGGOTA KEPOLISIAN DAERAH X

Technological development and increasing demands for professionalism require police organizations to have adaptive human resources with high work morale, which is influenced by organizational climate. This study aims to examine the relationship between organizational climate and work morale among members of X Regional Police. A quantitative correlational design was employed involving 152 police personnel holding the rank of Bripda with 0–3 years of service, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using organizational climate and work morale scales and analyzed using Pearson correlation. The results show that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on work morale ( ), with a contribution of 28.6%. This study concludes that a supportive organizational climate characterized by leadership support, effective communication, and organizational fairness plays an important role in enhancing police officers’ work morale and supporting professionalism within the police institution.
ABSTRAK
Perkembangan teknologi dan tuntutan profesionalisme menuntut organisasi kepolisian memiliki sumber daya manusia yang adaptif dan bermoral kerja tinggi, yang salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh iklim organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara iklim organisasi dan moral kerja pada anggota Kepolisian Daerah X. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional terhadap 152 personel berpangkat Bripda dengan masa dinas 0–3 tahun yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala iklim organisasi dan skala moral kerja, kemudian dianalisis dengan korelasi product momen dari Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap moral kerja ( ) dengan kontribusi sebesar 28,6%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa iklim organisasi yang kondusif, ditandai dengan dukungan pimpinan, komunikasi yang efektif, dan keadilan organisasi, berperan penting dalam meningkatkan moral kerja anggota kepolisian serta mendukung kinerja dan profesionalisme Polri.
