ABSTRACT
The phenomenon of manifesting has gained increasing popularity as a contemporary spiritual practice through social media and self-development literature, emphasizing the power of positive thinking, visualization, and affirmations to achieve desired outcomes. This trend calls for a critical examination from the Qur'anic perspective to reconstruct its conceptual foundation based on the principle of tawhid. This study aims to analyze manifesting as a contemporary spiritual phenomenon, examine the Qur'anic concepts of raja' (hope), supplication (du'a), effort (ikhtiar), trust in God (tawakal), and divine decree (takdir), and reconstruct their interrelationship using Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr's al-Tafsir al-Maudhu'i al-Tauhidi approach. This qualitative library research employs relevant Qur'anic verses as primary data and classical as well as contemporary exegetical works as secondary sources. The findings reveal that the Qur'an constructs the realization of hope through five integrated stages: raja', du'a, ikhtiar, tawakal, and takdir. Unlike the Law of Attraction, which centers on the power of human thought, the Qur'anic paradigm places Allah at the center of the realization of hope. This study offers a conceptual reconstruction of manifesting within a theocentric Qur'anic framework and contributes to the development of thematic Qur'anic exegesis on contemporary spirituality.
