The development of globalization and changes in digital technology in the health sector have encouraged various healthcare facilities, including Permata Dalima Serpong Hospital, to use information technology such as Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to provide more efficient services, more accurate data, and better medical decision-making. Although EMR has been mandated by Minister of Health Regulation No. 24 of 2022 and is expected to overcome weaknesses in manual recording, its implementation still faces problems such as insufficient workforce skills, lack of training, and low system integration, resulting in suboptimal acceptance and use of EMR. This study aims to determine the factors influencing user acceptance of the EMR system in the inpatient unit of Permata Dalima Serpong Hospital using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a causal research type. The population in this study is all healthcare workers who are involved in electronic medical records in the inpatient unit of Permata Dalima Serpong Hospital. Using simple random sampling, a sample of 154 people was obtained. Data collection was conducted through primary questionnaires and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed a significant positive effect of perceived usefulness on attitudes toward use, a significant positive effect of perceived ease of use on attitudes toward use, a significant positive effect of perceived usefulness on intention to use, no significant positive effect of perceived ease of use on intention to use, a significant positive effect of attitude toward use on intention to use, and a significant positive effect of intention to use on actual use of electronic medical records among healthcare workers in inpatient care at Permata Dalima Hospital, Serpong.
