INTEGRASI LKPD TIM PADA MODEL STAD UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PKW SISWA SMK

Abstract

ABSTRACT

Education is a strategic effort to improve the quality of human resources, including at the vocational high school level (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan/SMK). However, the learning outcomes of Grade XI DPIB students at SMK Negeri 2 Binjai in the Creative Products and Entrepreneurship (PKW) subject are still considered suboptimal, particularly in production-related activities. This condition is caused by teacher-centered learning, limited interaction, and the use of student worksheets (LKPD) that mainly consist of practice questions, resulting in low student participation in discussions. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through the implementation of integrated Team LKPD within the cooperative learning model of Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD). The research method employed was Classroom Action Research (CAR), conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of the stages of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 34 students of Grade XI DPIB. The research instruments included learning outcome tests and observation sheets of teacher and student activities. The results of the study indicate an improvement in student learning outcomes from Cycle I to Cycle II. In Cycle I, the average student score was 76.62 with a classical mastery level of 76.47%, while in Cycle II the average score increased to 85.09 with a classical mastery percentage of 88.24%. The success indicators of the study, namely an average score of at least 80 and classical mastery of 85%, were successfully achieved. Therefore, the integration of Team LKPD within the STAD cooperative learning model is proven to be effective in improving student learning outcomes in the PKW subject and in creating a more interactive and collaborative learning environment.

Pendidikan merupakan langkah strategis dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu sumber daya manusia, termasuk pada jenjang Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Namun demikian, capaian hasil belajar siswa kelas XI DPIB di SMK Negeri 2 Binjai pada mata pelajaran Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan (PKW) masih tergolong belum optimal, khususnya pada aspek kegiatan produksi. Kondisi ini disebabkan pembelajaran yang masih berpusat pada guru, minimnya interaksi, serta penggunaan LKPD yang hanya berisi soal sehingga siswa kurang aktif berdiskusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan integrasi LKPD Tim dalam model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan setiap siklus mencakup tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri atas 34 siswa kelas XI DPIB. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi tes hasil belajar serta lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar dari Siklus I ke Siklus II. Pada Siklus I, rata-rata nilai siswa mencapai 76,62 dengan tingkat ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 76,47%, sedangkan pada Siklus II nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 85,09 dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 88,24%. Indikator keberhasilan penelitian yaitu rata-rata minimal 80 dan ketuntasan klasikal 85% berhasil dicapai. Dengan demikian, penerapan integrasi LKPD Tim dalam model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PKW serta menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih interaktif dan kolaboratif.
