Abstract

Employee well-being is an important aspect that affects productivity, job satisfaction, and engagement in an organization. This study examines the factors that influence employee well-being, with a focus on the banking sector, particularly for marketing personnel. Individual factors that play a role in employee well-being include work stress, motivation, work discipline, skills, work experience, and mental well-being. Stress that is not managed properly can lead to a decline in the psychological and physical well-being of employees. Conversely, high motivation and good coping skills can improve employee well-being. On the other hand, organizational factors such as the work environment, employee welfare programs, and work-life balance policies also have a significant influence on employee well-being. Organizations that provide a healthy work environment and support employee wellbeing can increase employee motivation, commitment, and performance. Through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study synthesizes the factors that influence employee wellbeing in private bank marketing. This study hopes to produce results that can help organizations, especially in the banking sector, to create a work environment that supports overall employee wellbeing.
