KUALITAS WEBSITE DALAM IMPLEMENTASI KETERBUKAAN INFORMASI PUBLIK

This study aims to evaluate the quality of the BPSDM East Java Province website in the implementation of public information disclosure. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a triangulation data approach, involving interviews, observations, and documentation. The website was assessed based on three main dimensions of WebQual 4.0: information quality, and service interaction quality. The results show that the BPSDM East Java website , usability meets standards in terms of ease of use, accessibility, information relevance, accuracy, and security. The site provides a responsive and interactive service experience, supporting improved transparency and public information disclosure. With professional management and the implementation of security protocols, this website successfully enhances user interaction and information access. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for the development of websites in other public institutions.
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas website BPSDM Provinsi Jawa Timur dalam rangka implementasi keterbukaan informasi publik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan triangulasi data, yang melibatkan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Website dievaluasi berdasarkan tiga dimensi utama dari WebQual 4.0, yaitu kualitas kemudahan penggunaan (usability), kualitas informasi (information quality), dan kualitas interaksi layanan (service interaction quality). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website BPSDM Jawa Timur memenuhi standar dalam aspek kemudahan penggunaan, aksesibilitas, relevansi informasi, akurasi, serta keamanan dan kenyamanan dalam berinteraksi. Dengan pengelolaan yang profesional dan implementasi protokol keamanan, website ini berhasil menyediakan layanan yang responsif dan interaktif bagi penggunanya, sehingga mendukung terciptanya transparansi dan keterbukaan informasi publik yang lebih baik. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan website lembaga publik lainnya.
