The integration of digital technology into Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) classes in elementary schools requires well-planned managerial oversight to ensure that its use does not diminish the time allocated for students' physical activity. This study aims to analyze the management of digital technology-based PJOK instructional strategies in supporting the learning motivation of elementary school students. A qualitative approach with a multi-site case study design was employed at SDN Mekarmulya and SDN Sukamanah 1, conducted between June and August 2026. Six informants were selected purposively, consisting of two school principals, two PJOK teachers, and two students. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, passive participatory observation, and document review, and were analyzed using data condensation, data display, and cross-site comparative conclusion drawing. The validity of the findings was verified through triangulation and member checking. The results indicate that instructional planning integrates teaching modules with the selection of digital content, contingent upon the availability of shared facilities, while organization is managed through the assignment of technical roles and the scheduling of equipment. The implementation of instruction follows a pedagogical pattern involving the visualization of movement, direct demonstration, scaffolded practice, feedback, and reflection. Student responses demonstrate visual engagement, a willingness to attempt new tasks, and active participation; meanwhile, limitations regarding facilities are addressed by downloading materials for offline use and preparing backup media. Evaluation of learning remains focused on observing spontaneous behavior, lacking standardized instruments for measuring motivation. The study concludes that the alignment of organizational management, the pedagogical precision of teachers, and sufficient opportunities for physical practice form the foundation for the successful integration of digital technology in elementary schools.
