FILSAFAT PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DAN KRISIS MORALITAS GENERASI DIGITAL: KAJIAN EPISTEMOLOGIS DAN AKSIOLOGIS

ABSTRACT
The religious character crisis in Indonesia has become increasingly concerning amid the rapid flow of digitalization and modernization. This study aims to analyze and integrate the principles of Islamic Philosophy of Education (IPE) in developing students’ religious character in the digital era. Using a qualitative systematic library research design, the study employed a hermeneutic-philosophical approach combined with meta-analysis on 200 empirical studies and 78 philosophical works published between 2020 and 2025. The findings revealed that the aggregate contribution of IPE to strengthening religious character was moderate yet significant (Hedges g = 0.34; p < 0.001). Five core principles: tauhid (oneness), tazkiyah (purification), ‘ilm (knowledge), amal (action), and ukhuwah (brotherhood) serve as both the conceptual foundation and practical framework for religious education. Philosophically, Islamic education is positioned as a process of tazkiyatun-nafs (purification of the soul), guiding learners toward spiritual and moral excellence (ins?n k?mil). The study concludes that the Islamic philosophy of education aligns closely with the national “Pancasila Student Profile” policy, particularly the dimension of faith and noble character. It recommends revitalizing IPE values within the Kurikulum Merdeka and implementing teacher training programs focused on reflective-spiritual pedagogy to enhance students’ religious character in the digital age.
ABSTRAK
Krisis karakter religius di Indonesia semakin mengkhawatirkan di tengah derasnya arus digitalisasi dan modernisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip filsafat pendidikan Islam (FPI) dalam pembentukan karakter religius peserta didik di era digital. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah qualitative systematic library research dengan analisis hermeneutis-filosofis dan meta-analisis terhadap 200 studi empiris serta 78 literatur filosofis periode 2020–2025. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi agregat FPI terhadap penguatan karakter religius tergolong moderat namun signifikan (Hedges g = 0,34; p < 0,001). Lima prinsip utama yang ditemukan: tauhid, tazkiyah, ‘ilm, amal, dan ukhuwah berperan sebagai fondasi konseptual dan praksis pendidikan religius. Secara filosofis, pendidikan Islam diposisikan sebagai proses tazkiyatun-nafs (penyucian jiwa) yang mengarahkan peserta didik menuju keadaban spiritual dan moral (ins?n k?mil). Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa filsafat pendidikan Islam relevan dengan arah kebijakan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, khususnya pada dimensi keimanan dan akhlak mulia. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya revitalisasi nilai-nilai FPI dalam Kurikulum Merdeka serta pelatihan guru berorientasi spiritual-reflektif untuk memperkuat karakter religius siswa di era digital.
