SINERGI BODY SCAN MEDITATION DAN TERAPI SINGING BOWL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN REGULASI EMOSI DAN FLOURISHING DEWASA AWAL

Latar belakang: Fase dewasa awal ditandai oleh transisi kritis yang rentan memicu mental fatigue dan penurunan kapasitas regulasi emosi, sehingga menghambat pencapaian kesehatan mental positif (flourishing). Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas intervensi terintegrasi melalui sinergi body scan meditation dan terapi singing bowl dalam meningkatkan regulasi emosi adaptif pada dewasa awal. Metode: Penelitian kuasi-eksperimen ini menggunakan rancangan Non-equivalent Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Partisipan berjumlah 60 individu dewasa awal (usia 18–25 tahun) yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling dan dibagi ke dalam kelompok eksperimen (n = 30) dan kelompok kontrol wait-list (n = 30). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) adaptasi bahasa Indonesia dan dianalisis menggunakan Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA) dengan mengontrol skor pretest sebagai kovariat. Hasil: Uji ANCOVA menunjukkan adanya perbedaan skor posttest regulasi emosi yang sangat signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol (F(1,57) = 153,63; p < 0,001). Kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan lonjakan rata-rata skor regulasi emosi yang tajam (dari M = 28,40 menjadi M = 42,15). Nilai Partial Eta Squared (ηp2= 0,729) mengindikasikan bahwa intervensi hibrida ini memberikan kontribusi sebesar 72,9% terhadap peningkatan regulasi emosi. Implikasi: Sinergi antara stimulasi auditori-somatik ganda terbukti efektif menjembatani hambatan kognitif individu yang mengalami distres, sekaligus bertindak sebagai motor penggerak utama menuju fungsi psikologis yang optimal (flourishing). Model integratif non-farmakologis ini dapat diadopsi sebagai program kesehatan mental preventif dan kuratif yang inovatif.
