The Waste Bank Program in Lima Puluh Kota Regency still faces challenges in encouraging sustainable community participation, highlighting the need to understand the factors that shape participation intention. This study aims to analyze the effects of Circular Economy Understanding, Maqashid Sharia Understanding, and Economic Incentives on Community Participation Intention in the Waste Bank Program in Lima Puluh Kota Regency, as well as to examine the role of Perceived Value as a moderating variable. This research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data were collected through questionnaires from 150 respondents selected using purposive sampling and analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with IBM SPSS. The findings reveal that Maqashid Sharia Understanding and Perceived Value have positive and significant effects on Community Participation Intention, whereas Circular Economy Understanding has no significant effect. Economic Incentives have a negative and significant effect on Community Participation Intention, while Perceived Value moderates the relationship between Economic Incentives and Community Participation Intention. The research model has an Adjusted R Square of 0.987, indicating that 98.7% of the variation in Community Participation Intention can be explained by the variables included in the model. These findings indicate that community participation in the Waste Bank Program is more closely associated with the internalization of religious values and perceived benefits than with financial considerations alone. This study contributes to the development of a community participation model by integrating economic, religious, and perceived value dimensions within the context of circular economy-based waste management.
