ABSTRACT
The quality of educational services in vocational high schools is determined not only by the learning process but also by the availability of adequate infrastructure and the quality of student services in meeting students’ needs. Several service-related issues remain at SMKN 1 Sakra, particularly concerning the adequacy of practical facilities and the responsiveness of school services, indicating the need to evaluate the extent to which services meet students’ expectations. This study aims to analyze student satisfaction with infrastructure services, learning services, and student affairs services and to identify service attributes that should be prioritized for improvement. The study employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive analytical method. The population consisted of 350 students in Grades X and XI, with a sample of 187 respondents selected through stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire based on the five SERVQUAL dimensions and analyzed using R-Studio through SERVQUAL gap analysis, a paired-samples t-test, and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that infrastructure and learning services had positive gap scores of 0.015 and 0.006, respectively, while student affairs services had a negative gap score of −0.021 with a statistically significant difference (p = 0.037). Among the SERVQUAL dimensions, the largest gaps were found in reliability (−1.67) and empathy (−1.00). IPA mapping placed toilet cleanliness, computer laboratories, and practical rooms in Quadrant I as the main priorities for improvement. These findings indicate that service quality improvement should focus on attributes with the largest gaps, while services that already meet students’ expectations should be maintained and evaluated periodically.
