Abstract

This study aims to determine the role, trends, and development of skills in vocational learning. The research method used is bibliometric method using VOSviewer tool. VOS viewer is used to analyze the distribution of documents each year in various countries, institutions, journals, authors, and the relationship between keywords that appear. The findings show that the Journal of Physics Conference Series is the journal that publishes the most publications related to vocational education skills in Indonesia. Research implications for researchers and policy makers (1) Research and development needs to be carried out in depth related to the growing trend of vocational education student skills. (2) Cooperation and collaboration between schools and universities to increase publications. (3) The need for continuous research to follow emerging trends. (4) The results of the research can be a reference for policy makers in making rules.
