The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of static infographics in improving employees' understanding of workload management strategies. The study employed a quantitative approach with a pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design. Fourteen employees participated in the study via census sampling. The intervention involved delivering static infographics containing information about workflows, task division, and workload management strategies. Results from the Paired Samples T-Test analysis showed a significant difference between pre- and posttest scores (p < 0.05), indicating that using static infographics positively impacted employees' understanding of workload management. These results suggest that static infographics are an effective visual communication medium in high-pressure work environments and can contribute to improved organizational efficiency and performance.
