This study aims to examine the effectiveness of "Kartu Permainan Rumah Emosi" as an intervention to improve emotional regulation within families. A quantitative method was employed using a pretest and posttest design with the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) on 45 participants from 16 families in the Jabodetabek area. The results of the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test analysis showed a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores on the emotional regulation dimension with an increase of 31.46%, specifically in the Cognitive Reappraisal dimension. These findings prove that intervention through this card game is effective in enhancing emotional regulation, supporting Albert Bandura's Social Learning Theory on the importance of social interaction within families. In this regard, this study demonstrates that emotional regulation within families can be improved through "Kartu Permainan Rumah Emosi" as an innovative and enjoyable solution.
