EVALUASI PELATIHAN KEPEMIMPINAN PENGAWAS BERDASARKAN MODEL EVALUASI KIRK PATRICK LEVEL-1 DAN LEVEL-2 DI BKPSDM KABUPATEN SUKABUMI

Evaluation of Supervisory Leadership Training can be carried out through evaluation of participants, training personnel and implementation. This research was conducted using a descriptive analytic design that describes and assesses the training implementation process based on the Kirkpatrick level 1 (Reaction) and level 2 (Learning) evaluation models. Bivariate analysis has been carried out to determine the relationship between the dependent variable (academic substance test results) and the independent variables: (1) the age of the participants (p = 0.005 or there is a relationship); (2) participants' education (p=0.561 or no relationship); (3) gender (p=0.315 or no relationship); (4) years of service as supervisor (p=0.029 or there is a relationship); (5) widyaiswara communication style (p=1,000 or no relationship); (6) widyaiswara's responsiveness (p=1,000 or no relationship); (7) widyaiswara knowledge level (p=1,000 or no relationship); (8) the suitability of the training subjects with the needs of the participants (p=0.229 or no relationship); (9) the suitability of the training subjects with the needs of the participants (p=0.307 or no relationship); (10) method of delivering material (p=0.101 or no relationship); (11) LMS used (p=0.922 or no relationship); and (12) rest time provided (p=0.251 or no relationship). Meanwhile, to find out the factors that affect the knowledge of participants, an analysis was carried out using logistic regression test. The results showed that the quality of the widyaiswara was very good (87.11%), the training materials were good (70.36%) and the service providers were very good (84.95%). While the average value of participants' knowledge is 88.5 with a standard deviation of 10.24. The results also show that according to the logistic regression test on the factors that affect the participants' knowledge, the participant's tenure as supervisor (p=0.01) and the participant's age (p=0.028) are factors that affect the participants' knowledge (academic substance value).

Evaluasi Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Pengawas dapat dilaksanakan melalui evaluasi peserta, tenaga pelatihan dan penyelenggaraan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan disains deskriptif analitik yang menggambarkan dan menilai proses pelaksanaan pelatihan berdasarkan model evaluasi Kirkpatrick level 1 (Reaction) dan level 2 (Learning). Analisa bivariat telah dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel dependent (hasil test subtansi akademik) dengan variabel independent : (1) umur peserta (p=0,005 atau ada hubungan); (2) pendidikan peserta (p=0,561 atau tidak ada hubungan); (3) gender (p=0,315 atau tidak ada hubungan); (4) masa kerja sebagai pengawas (p=0,029 atau ada hubungan ); (5) gaya komunikasi widyaiswara (p=1,000 atau tidak ada hubungan); (6) responsivitas widyaiswara (p=1,000 atau tidak ada hubungan) ; (7) tingkat pengetahuan widyaiswara (p=1,000 atau tidak ada hubungan); (8) kesesuian mata pelatihan dengan kebutuhan peserta (p=0,229 atau tidak ada hubungan); (9) kesesuaian mata pelatihan dengan kebutuhan peserta (p=0,307 atau tidak ada hubungan); (10) métode penyampaian materi (p=0.101 atau tidak ada hubungan); (11) LMS yang digunakan (p=0,922 atau tidak ada hubungan); dan (12) waktu istirahat yang disediakan (p=0,251 atau tidak ada hubungan). Sedangkan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengetahuan peserta dilakukan analisa menggunakan uji regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas widyaiswara sangat baik (87,11%), materi pelatihan baik (70,36%) dan pelayanan penyelenggara sangat baik (84,95%). Sedangkan nilai rata-rata pengetahuan peserta adalah 88,5 dengan stándar deviasi 10,24. Hasil penelitian juga menúnjukkan bahwa sesuai uji regresi logistik terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengetahuan peserta, masa kerja peserta sebagai pengawas (p=0,01) dan umur peserta (p=0,028) merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan peserta (nilai substansi akademik).
