DAMPAK SISTEM ZONASI TERHADAP MUTU PENDIDIKAN (STUDI KASUS DI SMPN 5 PRINGGABAYA)

The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of the zoning system on the quality of education at SMPN 5 Pringgabaya, and how the school is addressing the challenges that arise from the zoning system in an effort to improve the quality of education. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. The data collection techniques used are interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data condensation, data display, and verifying conclusions. The research results show that the impact of the zoning system on the quality of education has a significant effect on the quality of education, where the planning and implementation of learning have undergone changes. Teachers at SMPN 5 Pringgabaya are making adjustments in lesson planning to face The diversity of students and teaching methods have also changed, focusing more on student-centered learning to enhance learning effectiveness. In terms of assessment, schools are also making adjustments by adopting more flexible assessment approaches such as formative assessments, projects, achievements, and other authentic assessments. Furthermore, the way schools address the challenges arising from the zoning system is by organizing various development programs and teacher training to enhance creativity and adaptability skills in teachers to face the diversity of student backgrounds. The program includes the introduction of innovative learning methods, and schools involve parents as they are considered an important element in addressing the impact of the zoning system. This is evident as schools strengthen communication through regular meetings and the use of technology such as WhatsApp groups.

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak sistem zonasi terhadap mutu pendidikan di SMPN 5 Pringgabaya, dan bagaimana cara pihak sekolah menghadapi tantangan yang muncul akibat sistem zonasi dalam usaha meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik wawancara obsrvasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan yaitu kondensasi data, tampilan data, dan memverifikasi kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dampak sistem zonasi terhadap mutu pendidikan memiliki dampak yang begitu besar terhadap mutu pendidikan dimana perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran mengalami perubahan, guru-guru di SMPN 5 Pringgabaya melakukan penyesuaian dalam perencanaan pembelajaran untuk menghadapi keberagaman siswa, metode ajar juga mengalami perubahan dengan lebih berfokus pada pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa guna meningkatkan efektifitas belajar, dalam hal peneilaian sekolah juga melakukan penyesuaian dengan mengadopsi pendekatan penilaian yang lebih fleksibel seperti penilaian formatif, proyek, prestasi, dan penilaian autentik lainnya. Selanjutnya cara pihak sekolah menghadapi tantangan yang muncul akibat sistem zonasi dilakukan dengan cara mengadakan berbagai program pengembangan dan pelatihan guru untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas dan kemampuan adaptasi guru dalam menghadapi keberagaman latar belakang siswa, program tersebut mencangkup pengenalan metode pembelajaran inovatif, sekolah melibatkan orang tua karena dianggap sebagai elemen penting dalam mengatasi dampak sistem zonasi, terlihat dimana sekolah memperkuat komunikasi melalui pertemuan rutin dan penggunaan teknologi seperti group WhatsApp.

PRAKTIK PEMBELAJARAN PROMOSI KESEHATAN MELALUI PENYULUHAN DAN MEDIA LEAFLET

Health promotion is one of the courses in the field of medical laboratory technology, which includes theoretical and practical lectures. Health promotion practices with outreach practice activities and health promotion media used. The aim of the research is to describe the practices of class participants in applying health promotion courses. This research is classroom action research, which took place in the learning classrooms of the Aceh Ministry of Health Polytechnic, with a total of 95 participants obtained from a total sampling spread across three classes. The results obtained from the good category of extension practice with presentation of SAP were 49.5%, extension with demonstration was 45.3%, and the media used was 52.6%. The most dominant media results used were leaflets as much as 49.5%.

ABSTRAK
Promosi kesehatan merupakan salah satu mata kuliah di bidang teknologi laboratorium medis, yang mencakup perkuliahan teori dan praktik. Praktik promosi kesehatan dengan kegiatan praktik penyuluhan dan media promosi kesehatan yang digunakan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menggambarkan praktik peserta kelas dalam mengaplikasikan mata kuliah promosi kesehatan. Penelitian ini merupakan classroom action research, yang berlangsung dalam ruang kelas pembelajaran Poltekkes Kemenkes Aceh, dengan jumlah peserta 95 orang yang didapatkan secara total sampling yang tersebar ke dalam tiga kelas. Hasil yang diperoleh dari praktik penyuluhan kategori baik dengan penyajian SAP 49.5%, penyuluhan dengan demonstrasi 45.3%, dan media yang digunakan adalah 52.6%. Hasil media paling dominan yang digunakan adalah leaflet sebanyak 49.5%.

PERILAKU SOSIAL MASYARAKAT “SEDEKAH KAMPUNG” PERSPEKTIF PENDIDIKAN AQIDAH ISLAM

Society in this world has many cultures, one of the components of culture is value. Value is a reference or reference that is held as a guideline for the behavior of every member of society or a particular cultural group. For an anthropologist, the term "Culture" generally includes ways of thinking and ways of behaving that have become the characteristics of a particular nation or society. In this regard, culture consists of things such as language, science, laws, beliefs, religion, certain food preferences, music, work habits, prohibitions and so on. The research method used is qualitative research with stages (1) Data reduction: selecting and processing raw data, (2) Data display: re-displaying data that has been processed systematically and (3) Analyzing the processed data. The results of the study indicate that the Social Behavior of the "Village Alms" Community from the Perspective of Islamic Faith Education (Didumun II Berang, Simpang Teritip District, West Bangka Regency) is the social concept of the community trying to preserve village alms, not feeling burdened, just following suit. Analysis of the culture of village alms is seen from several aspects, namely cultural aspects, geographical aspects, socio-economic aspects, educational aspects, and religious aspects. The impact of village alms is physical, spiritual and social welfare aspects.

Masyarakat di dunia ini memiliki banyak kebudayaan, komponen kebudayaan salah satunya yakni nilai. Nilai merupakan suatu referensi atau rujukan yang dipegang sebagai pedoman tingkah laku setiap anggota masyarakat atau kelompok budaya tertentu. Bagi seorang ahli antropologi istilah “Kebudayaan” umumnya mencakup cara berpikir dan cara berlaku yang telah menjadi ciri khas suatu bangsa atau masyarakat tertentu. Sehubungan dengan itu maka kebudayaan terdiri dari hal-hal seperti bahasa, ilmu pengetahuan, hukum-hukum, kepercayaan, agama, kegemaran makanan tertentu, musik, kebiasaan pekerjaan, larangan-larangan dan sebagainya. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni penelitian kualitatif dengan tahap (1) Reduksi data : memilih dan mengolah data mentah, (2) Display data : menampilkan kembali data-data yang telah diolah secara sistematis dan (3) Melakukan penganalisaan data yang telah diproses. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perilaku Sosial Masyarakat “ Sedekah Kampung” Perspektif Pendidikan Aqidah Islam (Didusun II Berang Kecamatan Simpang Teritip Kabupaten Bangka Barat) yakni konsep sosial masyarakatnya berusaha untuk melestarikan sedekah kampung,tidak merasa terbebani, sekedar ikut-ikutan. Analisis terhadap budaya sedekah kampung dilihat dari beberapa aspek yakni aspek budaya, aspek geografis, aspek sosial ekonomi, aspek pendidikan, aspek religiusitas. Dampak sedekah kampung yakni aspek jasmani,rohani dan kesejahtearaan sosial.

THE IMPLEMENTATION OF BCBL MODEL ON INTEGRATED ECONOMIC EXPLORATION TO DEVELOP XXI CENTURY SKILLS

This paper aims to find out how the application of the Brain Collaborative Based Learning (BCBL) learning model on Integrated Economic Exploration material to develop XXI Century Skills of Class X-3 MAN 1 Banda Aceh students. The application of this learning model involved 39 students. The achievement of learning targets for Integrated Economic Exploration material using the Brain Collaborative Based Learning (BCBL) learning model still varies. This learning model increases student motivation in the literacy of integrated economic exploration material on environmental, social and religious moderation issues. The absorption and target achievement of the curriculum on integrated economic exploration material with the target achievement of 21st century skills is 92.31%. Three out of thirty-nine students in class X-3 did not meet the completeness of the learning objective achievement criteria score (KKTP: 78-80). The Brain Collaborative Based Learning (BCBL) learning model is believed to be able to contribute to the development of XXI century generation skills in welcoming the Sustainability Development Goals.

Human resources in streamlining school administration are very important, and cannot be separated from one component to another. Therefore, administrative staff who are skilled, reliable and understand the job description are very necessary. The lack and low competence of school administration staff is a phenomenon that needs to be resolved immediately. This research was conducted at MTsN 1 Bone with the aim of knowing the personality competence, social competence, technical competence and managerial competence of education staff at MTsN 1 Bone. The research results show that: 1) The personality competencies of education staff at MTsN 1 Bone include integrity and noble character, flexibility and discipline; 2) The social competence of education staff at MTsN 1 Bone includes providing excellent service and ensuring effective communication; 3) The technical competence of educational staff at MTsN 1 Bone includes administering personnel administration by administering the division of tasks, and administering personnel by administering the division of tasks; 4) The managerial competence of education staff at MTsN 1 Bone includes preparing work programs and reports, creating a conducive work climate, and optimizing resource utilization.

ABSTRAK
Sumber daya manusia di dalam memperlancar tata administrasi sekolah sangatlah penting, serta tidak bisa dipisahkan antara komponen yang satu dengan yang lain. Maka dari itu sangat diperlukan tenaga tata administrasi yang terampil, handal, serta paham akan job diskripsinya. Masih kurang dan rendahnya kompetensi yang dimiliki tenaga tata administrasi sekolah menjadi sebuah fenomena yang perlu dituntaskan dengan segera. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MTsN 1 Bone dengan tujuan mengetahui kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial, kompetensi teknis, dan kompetensi manajerial tenaga kependidikan di MTsN 1 Bone. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kompetensi kepribadian tenaga kependidikan di MTsN 1 Bone meliputi integritas dan akhlak mulia, fleksibel, dan disiplin; 2) Kompetensi sosial tenaga kependidikan di MTsN 1 Bone meliputi, memberikan layanan prima, dan memastikan komunikasi efektif; 3) Kompetensi teknis tenaga kependidikan di MTsN 1 Bone meliputi melaksanakan administrasi kepegawaian dengan terorganisir dalam pembagian tugas, dan administrasi kepegawaian dengan terorganisir dalam pembagian tugas; 4) Kompetensi manajerial tenaga kependidikan di MTsN 1 Bone meliputi menyusun program dan laporan kerja, menciptakan iklim kerja kondusif, dan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan sumber daya.

PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA PENDIDIK DI MA BUSTANUL ULUM JAYASAKTI LAMPUNG TENGAH

In the era of globalization, education is the main pillar in community development, including in Indonesia. The development of human resources (HR) in educational institutions is very important to improve the quality of education and overcome the challenges of the times. This research aims to analyze the development of educational resources at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Bustanul Ulum Jayasakti, Central Lampung. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with case studies, involving in-depth interviews, direct observation and document analysis. The research results show that MA Bustan Ulum implements strategic development planning through three curricula government curriculum, Gontor Islamic boarding school, and Salaf Islamic boarding school which provides comprehensive understanding to educators. In addition, school initiatives to increase productivity and career opportunities for educators through training programs, although still limited, demonstrate commitment to human resource development. The results of this research enrich understanding of best practices in human resource development and can be used as a model for other educational institutions in their efforts to improve the quality of education in a sustainable manner.

ABSTRAK
Dalam era globalisasi, pendidikan menjadi pilar utama dalam pembangunan masyarakat, termasuk di Indonesia. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di lembaga pendidikan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan mengatasi tantangan zaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan sumber daya pendidik di Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Bustanul Ulum Jayasakti, Lampung Tengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MA Bustan Ulum menerapkan perencanaan pengembangan yang strategis melalui tiga kurikulum kurikulum pemerintah, pesantren Gontor, dan pesantren salaf yang memberikan pemahaman komprehensif kepada pendidik. Selain itu, inisiatif sekolah untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan peluang karir pendidik melalui program pelatihan, meskipun masih terbatas, menunjukkan komitmen terhadap pengembangan SDM. Hasil penelitian ini memperkaya pemahaman tentang praktik terbaik dalam pengembangan SDM dan dapat dijadikan model bagi lembaga pendidikan lainnya dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara berkelanjutan.

ANALISIS KESULITAN SISWA SD NEGERI 1 SUMENGKO DALAM MATA PELAJARAN BAHASA INGGRIS

The aim of this research is to understand and evaluate the difficulties faced by the students of SDN Sumengko 1, Nganjuk Regency, in learning English. Additionally, this study aims to identify the factors that influence the students of SDN Sumengko 1, Nganjuk Regency, in experiencing difficulties while learning English. This research adopts a qualitative descriptive study approach. The sampling method used is simple random sampling to determine the total sample to be studied. The research was conducted at SDN 1 Sumengko, Nganjuk Regency, with a total of 30 subjects. Data collection to assess the students' challenges in learning English and the influencing factors was done through interviews. The results of this research indicate several difficulties faced by the students of SDN Sumengko 1 in learning English, namely: (1) Difficulty in pronouncing and reading vocabulary, (2) Difficulty in memorizing vocabulary, (3) Difficulty in translating vocabulary, (4) Vocabulary that sounds unfamiliar to the ear. Additionally, a factor that contributes to the challenges in learning English is the health condition of the students themselves.

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan mengevaluasi kesulitan siswa siswi SDN Sumengko 1 Kabupaten nganjuk dalam mempelajari mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Selain itu, penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi siswa siswi SDN sumengko 1 Kabupaten Nganjuk mengalami kesulitan saat belajar mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dalam studi ini adalah studi deskriptif kualitatif. Metode sampling yang diterapkan adalah sampel acak sederhana untuk menentukan total sampel yang akan diteliti. Penelitian dilakukan di SDN 1 Sumengko, Kabupaten Nganjuk, dengan jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 30 orang. Pengumpulan data untuk menilai tingkat tantangan pelajaran siswa dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris dan faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah beberapa kesulitan siswa siswi SDN Sumengko 1 dalam mata pelajaran bahasa inggris yaitu (1) Kesulitan dalam melafalkan dan membaca kosa kata, (2) Kesulitan dalam menghafal kosa kata, (3) Kesulitan dalam mengartikan kosa kata, dan (3) kosa kata yang terdengar asing di telinga., (4) Faktor yang menyebabkan tantangan dalam pelajaran bahasa inggris yaitu faktor Kesehatan dari siswa siswi sendiri.

MANAJEMEN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENGATASI DEGRADASI MORAL PESERTA DIDIK SMAN 13 BONE

Principal management in education is very necessary, especially in moral development. Morals are self-awareness that arises from the deepest inner self to follow and obey the rules, values ??and laws that apply in a particular environment. Morals are also a means of education. In educating morals, the role of influencing, encouraging, controlling, changing, forming certain morals is in accordance with the values ??that are instilled, taught and exemplified. Changes in a person's morals, including their achievements, are the result of planned education and learning. This research was conducted at SMAN 13 Bone and the aim of the research was planning, organizing, implementing and supervising in overcoming the moral degradation of students at SMAN 13 Bone. The results of this research show that the planning (Planning) of the school principal's management in overcoming the moral degradation of students is carried out by planning activities to instill character education both in the family environment, educational institutions and has been implemented and monitored by the principal, organizing the principal's management in overcoming degradation. The morale of students has been implemented by dividing their respective tasks and collaborating with stakeholders, implementing (actuating) the school principal's management in overcoming the moral degradation of students by carrying out all activities so that there are no students who violate the school's code of ethics, supervising (controlling) management school principals in overcoming the moral degradation of students through visible monitoring of the progress of all activities as desired.

Manajemen Kepala sekolah dalam pendidikan, sangat diperlukan khususnya dalam pembinaan moral. Moral merupakan kesadaran diri yang muncul dari batin terdalam untuk mengikti dan menaati peraturan-peraturan, nilai-nilai dan hukum yang berlaku dalam suatu lingkungan tertentu. Moral juga menjadi sarana pendidikan. Dalam mendidik moral berperan memengaruhi, mendorong, mengendalikan, mengubah, membentuk moral tertentu sesuai dengan nilai-nilai yang ditanamkan, diajarkan, dan diteladankan. Perubahan moral seseorang termasuk prestasinya hasil dari suatu pendidikan dan pembelajaran terencana. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 13 Bone dan tujuan penelitiannya adalah perencaan pengorganisasian pelaksanaan dan pengawasan dalam mengatasi degradasi moral peserta didik SMAN 13 Bone. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan (Planning) manajemen kepala sekolah dalam mengatasi degradasi moral peserta didik dilakukan dengan perencanaaan kegiatan menanamkan pendidikan karakter baik lingkungan keluarga, instansi pendidikan dan sudah diimplementasikan serta dimonitor oleh kepala sekolah, pengorganisasian (organizing) manajemen kepala sekolah dalam mengatasi degradasi moral peserta didik sudah terlaksana dengan cara melakukan pembagian tugas masing-masing dan kerjasama dengan stakeholder, pelaksaan (actuating) manajemen kepala sekolah dalam mengatasi degradasi moral peserta didik dengan terlaksananya semua kegiatan sehingga jaranya peserta didik yang melanggar kode etik sekolah, pengawasan (controling) manajemen kepala sekolah dalam mengatasi degradasi moral peserta didik dengan melalui pemantauan yang terlihat dari berjalanya semua kegiatan sesuai yang diinginkan.

This research focuses on human resource (HR) management at the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) Ad Du'a, with the aim of analyzing the influence of HR management on teachers' professional competence and the success of Al-Qur'an learning. The background of this research is rooted in the challenges faced by TPQ in maintaining the quality of education amidst the high number of teacher resignations and suboptimal use of teaching aids. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey, involving 54 teachers and 760 students as a population, and using path analysis to test the hypotheses that have been determined. The research results show that HR management for Qur'an teachers has a significant effect on teacher professional competence with a contribution of 11.5%. In addition, teacher professional competence has a direct influence on learning success, contributing 46.5%. The analysis also reveals that HR management has a significant indirect influence on learning success through professional competence. This research reinforces the importance of systematic and effective human resource management, as well as the role of internal supervision and external supervision in improving the quality of learning. These findings provide insight for other educational institutions to optimize HR management to achieve better educational outcomes.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ) Ad Du’a, dengan tujuan menganalisis pengaruh manajemen SDM terhadap kompetensi profesional guru dan keberhasilan pembelajaran Al-Qur’an. Latar belakang penelitian ini berakar pada tantangan yang dihadapi TPQ dalam menjaga kualitas pendidikan di tengah tingginya angka pengunduran diri guru dan ketidakoptimalan penggunaan alat peraga. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei, melibatkan 54 guru dan 760 santri sebagai populasi, serta menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen SDM guru Qur’an berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi profesional guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 11,5%. Selain itu, kompetensi profesional guru berpengaruh langsung terhadap keberhasilan pembelajaran, berkontribusi sebesar 46,5%. Analisis juga mengungkapkan bahwa manajemen SDM memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan terhadap keberhasilan pembelajaran melalui kompetensi profesional. Penelitian ini memperkuat pentingnya pengelolaan SDM yang sistematis dan efektif, serta peran pengawasan internal dan supervisi eksternal dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi lembaga pendidikan lain untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen SDM demi mencapai hasil pendidikan yang lebih baik.

This study aims to analyze the influence of project-based learning management on the learning creativity of class XI students at SMKN 1 Keruak in the 2023/2024 academic year, reviewed from 2 management functions, namely planning, and evaluation, using the hypothesis that planning and evaluation of project-based learning have an effect on students' learning creativity at SMKN 1 Keruak. The data for this study were obtained from the results of respondent responses (questionnaire distribution), where the questionnaire was filled out by 100 class XI students at SMKN 1 Keruak, taken from a population of 132 people. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The statistical analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and assisted by using the SPSS 15 program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Project-based learning planning has an effect on students' learning creativity, as evidenced by the regression coefficient of 0.184 or 18.4%; (2) Project-based learning evaluation has an effect on students' learning creativity, as evidenced by the regression coefficient of 0.266 or 26.6%; (3) Project-based learning planning and evaluation has an effect on students' learning creativity, as evidenced by the determinant coefficient of 0.375 or 37.5%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen pembelajaran berbasis proyek terhadap kreativitas belajar peserta didik kelas XI di SMKN 1 Keruak tahun ajaran 2023/ 2024, ditinjau dari 2 fungsi manajemen, yaitu perencanaan dan evaluasi, dengan menggunakan hipotesis bahwa perencanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas belajar peserta didik di SMKN 1 Keruak. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil tanggapan responden (penyebaran angket), dimana angket diisi oleh peserta didik kelas XI di SMKN 1 keruak sejumlah 100 sampel yang diambil dari populasi sejumlah 132 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan dibantu dengan menggunakan program SPSS 15. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran berbasis proyek berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas belajar peserta didik, dibuktikan dengan hasil koefisien regresi sebesar 0,184 atau 18,4%; (2) Evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas belajar peserta didik, dibuktikan dengan hasil koefisien regresi sebesar 0,266 atau 26,6%; (3) Perencanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas belajar peserta didik, dibuktikan dengan hasil koefisien determinan sebesar 0,375 atau 37,5%.

This research aims to find the approach used in dealing with Human Resource Management (HRM) problems and also find out how good/bad the implementation of HRM that has been implemented at YP HKBP Pematangsiantar is and the solutions that can be offered so that the performance of teachers at this educational foundation can increase. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using written interviews with school principals and teachers as well as examining existing documentation at the school. The data analysis carried out is a descriptive method that analyzes the facts obtained and connects them with theories to draw conclusions. From the results of data analysis, results can be obtained which show that there are still many teachers who have never participated in the training sent by the school. Only 14% of teachers have attended training more than 5 times, 9.6% have never attended training, 7.7% have attended training once, 17.3% have attended training 2 times, 30.8% have attended training 3 times, 13 .5% attended training 4 times and 3.8% attended training 5 times. There is also a problem, namely the teacher's lack of understanding in preparing teaching tools and being slow to complete them. If this research is continued, it is recommended to develop a more optimal management model so that it can help improve the quality of teachers, especially at the HKBP Pematangsiantar college foundation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam menangani masalah Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) dan juga mengetahui seberapa baik/buruk penerapan MSDM yang sudah dijalankan di YP HKBP Pematangsiantar serta solusi yang bisa ditawarkan sehingga Kinerja guru di yayasan pendidikan ini dapat meningkat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara tertulis kepada Kepala sekolah dan guru juga meneliti dokumentasi yang ada di sekolah. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah metode deskriptif yang menganalisisfakta-fakta yang didapatkan dan menghubungkan dengan teori-teori untuk menarik kesimpulan. Dari hasil analisis data dapat diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak guru yang belum pernah mengikuti pelatihan yang diutus oleh sekolah. Hanya 14 % guru yang telah mengikuti pelatihan lebih dari 5 kali, 9,6% tidak pernah mengikuti pelatihan, 7,7% mengikuti pelatihan 1 kali, 17,3% mengikuti pelatihan 2 kali, 30,8% mengikuti pelatihan 3 kali, 13,5% mengikuti pelatihan 4 kali dan 3,8% mengikuti pelatihan 5 kali. Terdapat juga masalah yaitu kurangnya pemahaman guru dalam menyusun perangkat mengajar dan lambat menyelesaikannya. Jika berikutnya penelitian ini dilanjutkan maka disarankan melakukan pengembangan model manajemen yang lebih maksimal sehingga dapat membantu peningkatan mutu guru khususnya di yayasan perguruan HKBP Pematangsiantar.

The objective of this research is to determine how the traditional thamksgiving video in the kuda lumping performance is utilized to instill social cultural values in fourth-grade students during IPAS (Integrated Science and Social Studies) lessons at SD Negeri 1 Makarti Jaya. The method employed in this rasearch is qualitative, with data collection techniques involving tests and interviews. The results from the test data and interview data indicate that the application of the traditional thanksgiving video in IPAS lessons for fourth-grade students is categorized as good, with an average score of 80.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya bagaimanakah pemanfaatan video syukuran adat pada permainan kuda lumping untuk menanamkan nilai budaya sosial kelas IV pembelajaran IPAS di SD Negeri 1 Makarti Jaya .Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tenik tes dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian data tes dan data wawancara membuktikan bahwa penerapan video syukuran adat dalam pembelajaran IPAS pada siswa kelas IV dikategorikan baik dengan rata-rata 80.

ANALYSIS OF THE USE OF THE WORDWALL APPLICATION IN LEARNING ENGLISH USING CHROMEBOOK FOR VOCABULARY

This study aims to explore the subjective experiences, perceptions, and challenges faced by English teachers and students in implementing the WordWall application in their classroom environment, especially when used together with Chromebooks to learn vocabulary. The research method used is qualitative by collecting data through interviews, questionnaires and observation. The results of interviews with teachers showed that WordWall was assessed positively in increasing student engagement and vocabulary understanding, even though several technical challenges such as slow internet connections were encountered. Student questionnaires also yielded positive responses, with the majority of students feeling more engaged and their vocabulary understanding improved after using WordWall. Observation results indicate that WordWall in combination with Chromebooks is effective in creating an interactive learning environment that facilitates student engagement. In conclusion, using WordWall with Chromebooks can be an effective tool in enhancing English language learning in the classroom, by offering students an engaging and interactive learning experience.

This research aims to analyze the English language learning process at nonformal education namely Kumon Citraland Puri Serang. The objectives of this research are 1) to examine how the strategy used by Kumon citraland on teaching English. 2) to investigate what is the media used by Kumon Citraland Puri Serang to teach English. 3) to analyze the material used by Kumon Citraland Puri Serang on teaching English. 4) to analyze how to evaluate students. This study is descriptive qualitative research that used interviews, observation and documentation to collect data. Based on the research results, it shows that Kumon Citraland Puri Serang has its own learning strategy which is different from other courses, where Kumon Citraland uses a placement test to determine the starting point/basic level that will be taught according to the student's abilities. Kumon Citraland Serang also uses several learning media including audio and CD players, text books, practice sheets, the My Kumon application, and Kumon Konek. The material taught at Kumon is very diverse, starting from the lowest level, namely level 7A, to the highest level, namely level O. Each student will move up a level when they have completed the material at one level, namely 200 practice sheets. As evaluation material, Kumon Citralan Puri also provides several summary questions from each level to find out how far students understand the material that has been taught. These questions consist of listening, writing, reading comprehension and speaking skills.

This article Investigates the feedback of students toward Capcut application for Extensive Speaking. It is assumed that speaking is a difficult skill to do since for EFL recognized it as undaily spoken. In this article, the author wants to find students' feedback on the apps after the author give them how to design personal speaking video in Capcut. This research is mixed method by using the interview and survey as the method in collecting data. Hence, fIve students became the sample in this research. Besides that, the author also provides the observation as the supporting data to look on how the student engage with the apps. The data were taken from a school in Pamayaran, Banten province. This. It makes the proper subject to collect the data from these students. The findings demonstrate that the Cacput apps give students a new lease on life in terms of motivation, Confidence, and Creativity.

This study explores the impact of students' learning readiness on the implementation of differentiated learning to achieve independent curriculum goals in a seventh-grade class at SMPIT Putri Al-Hanif, Cilegon, Indonesia. The theoretical framework emphasizes the dynamic nature of readiness, distinct from innate ability, highlighting the importance of aligning assignments with students' abilities and interests. Employing qualitative descriptive research, the study involves 23 participants, utilizing assessments, interviews, and observations. Results reveal diverse levels of learning readiness influenced by internal and environmental factors. The differentiated learning approach caters to individual needs, emphasizing process, product, content, and learning environment adjustments. Findings underscore the crucial role of teachers in organizing varied learning strategies to enhance students' readiness and overall learning quality within the context of the independent curriculum. This research contributes valuable insights into addressing learning gaps and optimizing educational outcomes in the Era of Revolution 5.0.

This study comperhends the Student and Teacher perspective by utilizing Bamboozle platforms in EFL Secondary Classroom. This study is designed by applying qualitative approach. The data sources taken in one of the school in Banten Province. Georaphically supported and facilitated by technology and also boosted by the needs of the curriculum to advance the technological context. The English teacher and Eive Students were Semi Structured Interviewed and observed, supported by the documentation. The data analyzed by using thematic analysis shows that, the study highlights students' increased readiness to speak in English. Because of Bamboozle's gamiEication, users are more motivated and engaged, which promotes a more positive attitude toward language learning. The study also reveals how to create a fun learning environment. With its dynamic and comfortable environment, Bamboozle's interactive features and adaptive design accommodate a wide range of learning preferences, allowing students to progress through language lessons at their own speed. Furthermore, studies show that incorporating Bamboozle into the classroom makes it easier for teachers to manage. The platform's Elexible tools and easy-to-use interface help teachers organize and run their classes effectively. Teachers are able to concentrate on providing high-quality instruction, encouraging effective communication, and customizing lessons to Eit the speciEic requirements of EFL learners because of this streamlining effect.

This article discusses using an application for Education called Nearpod. Nearpod is an application with real-time insights into student understanding through interactive lessons, gamified learning, formative assessment, and other exciting activities. Nearpod can be personalized instruction for individual students, small group assignments, or homework to differentiate and allow students to work independently, which all this feature in line with the framework of Kurikulum Merdeka. This research was done by using qualitative approach. In this article, the author wants to find students' and teacher perceptions or feedback about their experience learning and teaching English by using Nearpod in the classroom. the interview was used as the instrument in collecting main data. Hence, 5 students became the sample in this research. Besides that, the author also provides the observation as the supporting data to look on how the student engage with the apps. The data were taken from a school in Tangerang, Banten province. This school has been applying of Kurikulum merdeka for 4 years. In which, this will have a strong bond between the demand in both curriculum and this app. The result of the research shows thematic dimensions of positive and negative feedbacks. Those are memory of learning retention, creativity and critical thinking, new environment experience, advantages and disadvantages for future suggestions.
