PEMANFAATAN PLATFORM SEKOLAHKU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN TEKS NOVEL DI SMA AL HIKMAH SURABAYA: STUDI KUALITATIF

ABSTRACT
In the modern era, education is required to integrate technology into the learning process to keep up with the times. The use of technology can enhance student engagement through more interactive and engaging methods, while also strengthening the effectiveness of content delivery. Therefore, integrating technology is an essential step in creating relevant and high-quality learning. This study aims to describe the application of the digital platform of my school as a medium of learning novel texts at Al Hikmah Surabaya High School. By using descriptive qualitative method, this research involves class XII students and Indonesian language teachers as data sources. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results obtained show that my school provides an interesting form of packaging of learning materials through the integration of multimedia content, formative assessments, and interactive features that can increase students' motivation and understanding of novel texts. The platform also supports the flexibility of the learning process, providing a platform for learners to learn independently and collaboratively. Data analysis showed a significant increase in learners' engagement during the learning process.
ABSTRAK
Pada era modern, pendidikan dituntut untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran guna menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan zaman. Penggunaan teknologi dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta didik melalui metode yang lebih interaktif dan menarik, serta memperkuat efektivitas dalam penyampaian materi. Dengan demikian, integrasi teknologi menjadi langkah penting untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang relevan dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsiskan penerapan platform digital sekolahku sebagai media pembelajaran teks novel di SMA Al Hikmah Surabaya. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan peserta didik kelas XII dan guru Bahasa Indonesia sebagai sumber data. Teknik pengumulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa sekolahku memberikan bentuk pengemasan materi pembelajaran yang menarik melalui integrasi konten multimedia, adanya asesmen formatif, serta fitur interaktif yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap teks novel. Platform ini juga mendukung fleksibilitas proses pembelajaran, memberikan wadah peserta didik untuk belajar secara mandiri maupun kolaboratif. Analisis data menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterlibatan peserta didik selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung.
